– Long term rates at our waterfront sites require a $150 deposit that will be applied to the 4th month’s rent.

– Weekends require a 2-night minimum stay.

– Holidays require a 3-night minimum stay.

To book our RV rentals or rental golf carts, a card will be required to keep on file for any incidentals.
